Listing and selling the house when the family is ready, with a pricing strategy built for whatever the market is doing.
How I'm paid
The value and title checks are free. Estate services begin with a deposit, and each service is billed hourly or as a flat fee, whichever fits the job. If I'm handling both the estate services and the sale, we can talk about settling up at close of escrow, depending on the situation. The sale itself is a standard listing commission, paid at closing.
