This Privacy Policy explains how David Bruce, a California real estate salesperson (DRE #01839192) brokered by eXp Realty of California, Inc. ("David Bruce," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit davidbrucerealty.com, use tools like the Estate Quick Check, or contact us by phone, email, or text.
Information you give us. This includes your name, email address, phone number, the city or address of a property, notes you write to us, and your answers in tools like the Estate Quick Check (for example, your role in an estate, whether you have court authority, the condition of the property, and when you want to start).
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our website host and spam-protection service receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the site that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. If you arrive from a link with campaign codes (for example, the QR code on a mailer), we record those codes with your request.
Information from other sources. We may receive information from public records (such as probate court filings and property records), from people who refer you to us (such as attorneys or fiduciaries), and from our brokerage.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors that support our services, such as our text-message delivery and CRM providers. All other categories of sharing in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies that it needs to work and to protect our forms from spam. We do not currently use advertising cookies or analytics tools. Our website host and spam-protection provider may collect technical information about your device and browsing to keep the site running and detect bots, and they may collect similar information on other websites they serve.
