West Hollywood · Norma Triangle · Inherited home
A family member left Donnette a house in West Hollywood that she couldn't manage from out of state. DB handled the cleanout, planned and managed the rehab with licensed trades, then listed the house and sold it over asking.

The project
An attorney DB works with introduced him to Donnette. She lived out of state, and a family member had passed away and left her a house on Larrabee Street in West Hollywood's Norma Triangle. Years of neglect had taken their toll on the kitchen cabinets, and every room was full.
DB started with a full cleanout, then planned the rehab and worked through the kitchen and bath design with Donnette. Licensed trades did the work: demolition, new cabinets and appliances, a new front door, and a redesigned front facade that kept the neighborhood's charm. DB managed it from the cleanout to the listing.
Then he listed the house and sold it.
Cleanout, rehab, staging, listing and sale: one person managing all of it, for an owner who lived out of state.
DB is a REALTOR®, not a contractor. Licensed trades did the construction work; DB planned it, managed it and sold the house.

What the owner said
“I had the good fortune to have DB there to help me get a handyman special property in top salable condition in a short time period. Not only did he do a terrific job getting the property in shape but he also listed and sold it for a great price. He is a top notch REALTOR® and one I wholeheartedly recommend.”
